Preparing your Quilt Label
For each quilt and item you enter into the quilt show, a label must be attached. It must include the following:
1. Number and Name of Category i.e. #1 Large
2. Name of the Quilt/Item
3. Your Name
4. Your phone number (cell if you use a cell phone)
Please have your label so that the information is easily read.
You may attach it with safety pins or a basting stitch. No straight pins are to be used for the safety of the workers.
You will need a duplicate label on the outside of each pillowcase for matching at the end of the show.
Fold your quilt/item so that the label is immediately seen when opening the pillowcase.
No quilt/item will be able to be checked in if these labels are missing.
We need your help!!!!
The quilt show is coming up. Don't forget we need everyone to take two 2-hour shifts. Our membership is smaller, so we all need to step up. We especially need everyone and their family to help on Friday night and on Sunday afternoon.
